This policy applies to all purchases of QMIC home-care products, including floor cleaners, dishwash liquids, and liquid detergents.
Due to the liquid nature of these products, returns and refunds are handled under strict verification and quality-control guidelines.
Returns or replacements are considered only in the following cases:
Product received in a leaked, damaged, or broken condition due to transit
Incorrect product delivered
Manufacturing defect, such as abnormal odor, visible contamination, or formulation inconsistency
Customers must share clear photographs or an unboxing video showing:
Outer shipping package
Inner packaging
Product bottle and visible damage or leakage (if any)
⏱️ Evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be approved in the following situations:
Damage, leakage, or breakage caused after successful delivery
Intentional damage, tampering, puncturing, or forced opening of bottles
Products that are partially used, diluted, transferred, or refilled
Claims submitted without valid proof
Claims raised after 3 days from delivery
Dissatisfaction related to fragrance, thickness, cleaning performance, or personal preference
Orders marked as successfully delivered with no damage reported within the allowed time
Products purchased under bulk orders, promotional pricing, or special offers
All claims are subject to internal inspection and verification.
Delivery confirmation records and packaging condition will be reviewed before approval.
Claims that do not meet verification standards may be rejected without obligation.
Approved claims are eligible for a one-time replacement and the same will be delivered within 4 – 5 working days.
Replacement is the preferred resolution.
Refunds are issued only if replacement is not feasible.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used
Orders may be canceled before dispatch
Full refund will be issued
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched
Refusal to accept delivery may result in logistics or handling deductions, if applicable
To ensure fairness and prevent misuse:
Repeated, suspicious, or unverifiable claims may be declined
Customers misusing the policy may be restricted from future claims
All decisions made after verification shall be final and binding
